Summer time is here along the Nature Coast and the fishing is PHENOMENAL!!

The snook bite has been incredible and we have had multiple fish in that coveted 40 inch range caught on multiple charters.

The red fish bite has been pretty consistent with lower slot-sized to upper slot-sized fish being caught. We have been targeting them on the outside points with good water movement and active mullet schools. Use a quarter ounce jig head with a live shrimp or a pinfish to trigger the bite!

On the nearshore side we have still been catching a few cobia as their migration is almost concluded.

The mangrove snapper fishing on rock piles and ledges from 10-30 feet has been great. Live shrimp on light fluorocarbon leaders have been giving us great success.

Next month scallop season starts so don’t hesitate to get on the books!

Stay safe out there & tight lines!
